June 2015 Market Stats for Residential Property in Grand Forks ND


The June market stats are in and the Grand Forks residential property market is still moving at a good clip.

A few numbers to keep an eye on;

-The Average List Price and Average Sales Price stats. Average List prices are up just over 14% and Average Sales prices are up just over 6% for the same period in 2014.

-The number of Active Listings are up almost 18% over 2014 and Sold Listings are up nearly 30%! 

What's driving these numbers? One word- Demand. There's still an obvious insatiable demand for Residential property in the Grand Forks market. Supply is up, but still can't keep pace. SOLD to LIST Price ratios are still hovering in the high 90's percentile which means sellers are still getting close to list price for their properties.
